TABATA!
-I went to my mom’s Go Girl Boot Camp this morning… it was pretty intense. The lady made us do a 2 separate 4 minute high-intensity exercises called Tabata. It’s this formula where you do: ….20 seconds of a high level exercise ….10 second rest then you repeat it 8 times for a total of 4 minutes. -Now, the lady at the boot camp was alternating between two exercises...

Starting the "caveman" diet today.
It’s not an unhealthy restriction of caloric intake by any means. The caveman diet consists of eating things a caveman had access to. This includes meat, vegetables, fruit, and nuts. Basically, the idea is to stay away from pastas, wheat, processed foods, and a huge one..REFINED SUGAR. Shouldn’t be too hard, I’ve done something like it before and saw amazing results while eating...
